Items, other than clearance items, returned within 5 days of original receipt date may receive a full refund, shipping costs not included. Items returned within 10 days will receive store credit, shipping costs not included. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT. Dressing rooms are available in store for use prior to purchase.

Damaged merchandise: Inspect items immediately before removing tags, wearing or using. If you discover damage to any merchandise, please contact Marcie Allen for exchange or refund options.

Hold policy: Items will only be held for up to 24 HOURS without payment. After 24 HOURS the item will be returned to inventory and available for purchase.

Lulu's Corner is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information is provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
